Allison, Andy, Randy, and all,
Do I understand correctly that there may/will be a second phase of work
to possibly include additional components in a future version of the
PIDF-LO?
The North American NENA organization has been working to identify
location-related information that is needed/desired by Public Safety in
North America,
but we are not yet at a point that we can make concrete proposals.
We do not wish to slow down the efforts of the geopriv WG in moving forward
with the existing PIDF-LO,
but we are expecting/hoping that there will be some flexibility to consider
additional information in the future (and if not in PIDF-LO, then
elsewhere)?
Please confirm or correct my assumptions?
Thanks,
Nadine Abbott
