[Geopriv] solving open open issues on authz drafts

hi all,

last month i posted a draft snapshot (see
http://www1.ietf.org/mail-archive/working-groups/geopriv/current/msg00290.ht
ml) of the two drafts:
- draft-ietf-geopriv-policy-02.txt
- draft-ietf-geopriv-common-policy-01.txt

to prepare another update i went through the mailing list discussions
(geopriv and simple) on following issues:
- exceptions
- alternative views and
- external lists

i have "summarized" the mailing list discussions. they can be found at:

http://www.tschofenig.com/geopriv/authz/open-issues.htm

with regard to external lists i had the impression that no actions are
required.

i wasn't able to draw a conclusion on the exception handling and the
alternative views discussion. maybe someone has a different perception.
