new mailing list for GEOPRIV

GEOPRIV working group participants,

For the purposes of consolidation of management and other issues, there
is now a new mailing list for the GEOPRIV working group (this was
mentioned in the meeting in Vienna).

The new list is: geopriv@ietf.org

NOTICE: For technical reasons, there will be NO automatic conversion of
users from the old list to the new one. You must manually resubscribe
yourselves to the new list.

To help with conversion, I will cross-post any threads and encourage
adoption of the new list.
