The 1/2 page RFC could only be possible in very restricted
scenarios, as we discussed. More precisely,
to asses the authentication, authorization, and privacy requirements
in a very short document, is possibile (if at all) only if
target = owner = location data source and
at the same time the location server is well known and trusted
by the target itself.
