that should read "...Policy Generator that maintains position
*permission* attributes...." The MPC need not, nor should it, have a
copy of the Mobile Station fix.
As long as as I'm correcting omissions.... The details of the
permission attributes aren't important to the threat analysis.
However, I do have the implicit assumption that the owner of the
location data is the one which establishes the permission attributes.
"Owner" is somewhat nebulous, but in my mind it is the entity with
legal ownership of the location information.
