The Internet's New Borders / Geography and the Net

Hi all,

Picked up the latest edition of the Economist in the airport before
returning home from the IETF meeting in London.

The Economist devoted the it's cover to Geographic information &

While I don't agree with everything in the articles, I did think
it presented a lot of issues which we should deal with (in this
working group).
